We gave up TV for Lent one year. It was very difficult, but great too. I'd love to get the family to do it again, but I don't think they'll go for it LOL :) I commend you! I know you can still watch, but still it's a lot different when you don't have cable :)
We LOVE not having cable! Ours has been off for about 2 years now and honestly, I don't miss it. It's kinda funny though when we watch some PG13 movies, we are taken aback at what they allow. Enjoy your non-TV-watching-family-time!!
